• Plan your shopping trip before you head out the door.
• Be patient with other consumers over items – it’s not worth it to argue or fight over merchandise.
• Use a credit card – that way it’s easier to dispute a purchase.
• Don’t carry around cash.
• Make sure you know the store’s return policies and warranty information on items.
• Keep your receipts
