AG Murrill's Office arrests man for Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Materials Under the Age of 13
Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man for Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Materials Under the Age of 13.
26-year-old Liam Padraig Norris-Wilcox, of Wilderness Drive in the Town of Boyce in Rapides Parish, was arrested on April 7 for:
- 2 Counts of 14:81.1 E(5)(a) -- Child sexual abuse material under the age of thirteen (Distribution) -- (Felony)
LBI agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEMC) which jumpstarted our investigation.
This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Norris-Wilcox was booked into the Rapides Parish Jail.
His bond information is unknown at this time.
The investigation continues.
