Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a Slidell man on charges of child sexual abuse material and sexual abuse of an animal.

A NCMEC Cybertip reported a Snapchat user uploaded a video of child sexual abuse material to the social media platform. Additional investigation revealed this user also produced and shared images/videos involving the sexual abuse of animals. Ticker was identified as the user and a search warrant was executed at his residence where he was subsequently arrested.

Ticker was previously arrested on 11/14/2024 and charged with multiple sex offenses including Molestation of a Juvenile, Sexual Battery, Pornography Involving Juveniles, and Sexual Abuse of an Animal. At the time of his arrest, Ticker was free from jail on the previous charges after posting a $250,000.00 bond in the 22nd Judicial District. 

On August 26, 2026, Ticker was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on the following charges:

• 14:81.1 (Possession of) Child Sexual Abuse Material under the Age of Thirteen (13); one (1) count

• 14:89.3 A(1) Sexual Abuse of an Animal; one (1) count

• 14:89.3 A(7) Sexual Abuse of an Animal; one (1) count 

This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, 22nd JDC SVU TF, Covington Police Department, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Secret Service Task Force.

The investigation remains ongoing.
