Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Office Arrests Violent Sexual Predator for Video Voyeurism, Sexual Battery, Sexual Abuse of Animals, and the Production/Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
20-year-old James Brannon Allen, of Lyons Hill Road in Homer, was arrested September 9, 2026, on the following charges in Ouachita Parish:
28 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
1 count of Sexual Abuse of Animals
Allen’s charges in Claiborne Parish:
2 counts of Sexual Battery
87 counts of Video Voyeurism
23 counts of Production of Child Sexual Abuse Material
Allen was identified as the suspect in a CSAM investigation who was uploading CSAM material to a cloud storage provider in Ouachita Parish.
Allen was arrested on a warrant charging him with 28 counts of Possession of CSAM and 1 count of Sexual Abuse of Animals. Bond was set in Ouachita at $58,000.00.
As the investigation progressed, it was found that Allen was also involved in crimes involving sexual battery, voyeurism, and the production of CSAM,
This information led to an additional arrest warrant being obtained in Claiborne Parish, charging Allen with 2 counts of Sexual Battery, 87 counts of video voyeurism, and 23 counts of Production of CSAM. Bond has been set at $935,000.00 in Claiborne Parish.
This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office and the ULM Police Department.
Allen is currently booked in the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
